===== Parameters panel===== This panel includes further parameters necessary to run a job. **Paired**: Check to consider paired data in the analysis. When not selected the analysis is performed using unpaired parameter for the used statistical test.**Note:** The Experimental design file must be ordered. **Unadjusted**: Check to don't use the FDR correction, this will select significant paths depending on the p-value of the test. (when not selected adjusted p-value will be used). This option is only available from //Prediction// tool.
