====== Workflow ====== [[images/babelomics_main.png|width=900px]] HiPathia data is arranged in folders as in a personal computer. You can upload data to any folder and organize it as desired (**1**). To learn how to upload data to HiPathia, please visit [[Upload your data]]. HiPathia has two different tools, displayed in the main menu (**2**). For further information on each tool please visit [[what_can_do_hipathia_for_you|What can do HiPathia for you]]. By clicking the desired tool in the menu, the empty form of the tool will appear (**3**). To launch a job in a tool you need to fill in the required information of the input form. You will find a specific tutorial about how to fill in the input data and interpret the results in [[how_to_use_hipathia|How to use HiPathia]]. Each time you press the //Launch job// button of a tool (**4**) a job is created. You can visualize your launched jobs by clicking on the //jobs// button, on the right of the menu bar (**5**). A panel called //job panel// will appear showing all your jobs and their state (**6**). Job states are: * Prepared: The information has been processed and the job is ready to enter into the queue. * Queued: The job has been sent and waits to be processed. * Running: The job is in progress. * Finishing: The job is preparing the results. * Ready: The job has ended and the results are available to visualize and download. For visualizing the results of a job labelled as Ready, click on it in the job panel (**7**). The results will appear in the interaction panel. The results of each job are stored into the folder that the user selected as output directory. Results can be download either from there or from the results form to your computer.
